The foundation of partnership: best-shore delivery model
FPT Software’s best-shore delivery model encompasses an extensive network of local, nearshore, and offshore offices. Spread across Europe and Asia, this model ensures around-the-clock support, cost-effectiveness, and rapid workforce scaling for customers. It comprises five local offices in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark; three nearshore offices in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Romania; and three offshore locations in Vietnam, India, and the Philippines.

Strengthening ties through the Offshore Delivery Center
This partnership is not new, tracing its roots back to 2021 when Viessmann and FPT Software established an Offshore Delivery Center (ODC) in Vietnam. FPT Software currently allocates 40 highly skilled IT workers to operate Viessmann’s ODC, with plans to expand this team along with other projects in the coming years.
