RLDatix, a leader in healthcare operations software, has revealed plans to acquire Germany-based Breitenbach Software Engineering GmbH. This strategic move signifies RLDatix’s expansion into the German market, focusing on workforce management. Consequently, the combination of RLDatix’s international experience in healthcare operations and Breitenbach’s deep understanding of the German market promises to deliver enhanced services.

Consolidating global presence

Following a global strategy to prioritize workforce management solutions, RLDatix’s acquisition of Breitenbach is part of a larger plan. Previously, in September 2021, RLDatix had acquired Allocate Software, a UK-based healthcare workforce management provider.
