With this financial move, NODWIN Gaming has acquired a 13.51% stake in Freaks 4U Gaming. Initially, NODWIN extended a convertible loan of 3.6 million Euro to Freaks 4U Gaming on December 27, 2023. This has now been transformed into equity, with an additional contribution of 4.4 million Euro. Moreover, NODWIN secures the option for future majority control by exchanging Freaks 4U Gaming shares with its own.
