Mobile Tornado plc, a critical communications firm based in Harrogate, has made a significant stride in its global expansion by entering the German market.
The move
This move was facilitated through an exclusive reseller and distribution agreement with Blickle & Scherer. The latter is a leading provider of security-critical communications technologies in the federal republic. As a result, the partnership has opened up substantial growth opportunities for Mobile Tornado in Europe’s largest economy. Additionally, it provides access to the company’s innovative push-to-talk over cellular (PTToC) and workforce management solutions for both public and private sector institutions.
Furthermore, a global recycling and environmental services group has boldly stepped forward to become the first company in Germany to trial Mobile Tornado’s technologies. This represents a pivotal moment for Mobile Tornado, showcasing the potential for their solutions within the German market.
Moreover, Andrew McNamara, the channel sales manager at Mobile Tornado, expressed his excitement about this new venture. He highlighted the strategic importance of the German market, pointing out the numerous benefits that would arise from the rollout of private 5G networks across the country. These networks are anticipated to bolster data capabilities. This in its turn should lead to heightened safety, reduced costs, and enhanced productivity and efficiency amongst workforces.
Consequently, McNamara confidently stated, “We believe the time has come for forward-looking organisations across Germany to adopt push-to-talk over cellular for their security-critical communications.”
