By partnering with MYCOM OSI and migrating to the cloud, Telefónica Germany aims to optimise its services, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and successfully roll out advanced 5G services.
MYCOM OSI’s offering, operated on Amazon Web Services (AWS), provides data-driven decision making capabilities that optimise service reliability and performance through predictive assurance and resource usage predictions. It also aims to optimise network configuration and planning for Telefónica Germany.
