AiFi announced the opening of its newest store in Berlin’s Ostbahnhof Deutsche Bahn railway station on the 27th of June 2023 (Tuesday).
AiFi is an AI platform for autonomous shopping solutions. The 24/7 ServiceStore, operated by SSP Deutschland GmbH, is the first public store of its kind in Germany. Who are AiFi?

AiFi’s checkout-free solution, powered by computer vision, enables customers to enter the store, grab items, and leave without waiting in line. This convenience is particularly valuable in transportation hubs with high foot traffic. The Deutsche Bahn 24/7 ServiceStore offers cold drinks, coffee, baked goods, convenience products, and features vending machines for alcohol and tobacco. Customers can use the 24/7 ServiceStore Webapp for entry, purchase, and payment, and the store is equipped with Wanzl galaxy entry gates for seamless entrance and exit.
