akirolabs, a Berlin-based procuretech startup, has successfully raised $5 million in Seed funding. Specializing in AI-powered strategic procurement, akirolabs is redefining the procurement process. Backing from notable investors

The funding round witnessed participation from several prominent investors. These include HTGF, OTB Ventures, D11Z Ventures, and Serpentine Ventures. Notable industry leaders also made angel investments. Among them are Fredrick Spalcke, former CPO of Phillips & Huawei, and Heiko Schwarz, CEO of riskmethods. Others include Markus Ehrle, VP and General Manager EMEA at ServiceNow, and Detlef Schultz, former CEO of Vodafone Procurement Company.
